Store Hours

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We are open late before Mother's Day, Christmas and Valentines to serve you better. Our after hours operator can help you at any time of the day.

Specialty Services

Parkway Floral has at least 3-5 experienced floral designers on hand every day. We specialize in custom floral bouquets for any occasion including high style, contemporary and traditional. We can also mimic the bouquets that are offered from Teleflora, however, we prefer to work right with you to make a special piece for you and your recipient. We also create wedding and event flowers including corporate events. We offer prom and homecoming garters, wristlets and boutonnieres, Life Tiles, holiday ornaments by Silvestri, balloon bouquets, TY and Demdaco plush. We would love to get creative with you to design a special bouquet just for you!

Delivery Policy

Although we would love to deliver your bouquet directly to the recipient, we often find that they are not home. In the case that they are not home, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor. We WILL NOT leave flowers unattended or with out a signiature due to inacclimate weather conditions, theft, etc. If you have a special request to leave a bouquet at a door or on a porch it will not be honored. If in this instance you would prefer that we do not leave with a neighbor, please state that request in the Special Instructions and we will bring the flowers back to our shop to be monitored in our cooler untill a re-delivery that is convenient for your recipient is scheduled.

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Sunday deliveries are made only for funerals to the church or funeral home. Sunday orders for funeral services must be placed by Saturday before 3 p.m.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
